North Carolina Paralegal Certification
A North Carolina Certified Paralegal (NCCP) is recognized by the North Carolina Bar as having achieved the state’s standard for practice in the paralegal field by meeting the educational requirements found in Subchapter G, Certification of Paralegals (.0119(a)) of the Plan for Paralegal Certification. This includes an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s or juris doctorate degree from an accredited institution.
